Yes, the title had to be in pink . Being part of an elite spy group that has a cover story as the cheerleaders – that means pink and glitter. I’m really enjoying the books by this author. Her books are funny and light, but she understands that high school is hard. Add one more thing, that you can’t really tell anybody about – and it becomes an amazing juggling act. High school may not have been truly horrible for me, but I am very glad I did not have to become a pink glittery cheerleader or elite teen spy. I f you need a laugh from someone who has an idea of where you are , read a book by Jennifer Lynn Barnes. Meanwhile , if you can’t find The squad. Killer spirit on the shelf, well, I have it.
