movie out this week

cheerleader spies

The squad. Perfect cover / Jennifer Lynn Barnes

Summary High school sophomore Toby Klein enjoys computer hacking and wearing combat boots, so she thinks it is a joke when she is invited to join the cheerleading squad but soon learns cheering is just a cover for an elite group of government operatives known as the squad

Yes,  the  title  had  to be  in  pink .   Being  part  of  an elite spy  group  that  has  a  cover  story  as the cheerleaders – that  means pink  and glitter.    I’m  really enjoying  the books  by this author.   Her  books are  funny and  light, but she  understands that high school  is  hard.   Add one  more  thing,  that  you can’t  really tell anybody  about – and it becomes an amazing  juggling act.  High school  may not  have been truly  horrible  for me,  but I  am  very  glad I  did  not have to become a  pink  glittery  cheerleader  or  elite  teen  spy. I f  you  need a laugh from someone who  has an idea of  where  you  are , read a book  by  Jennifer  Lynn Barnes.   Meanwhile ,  if  you  can’t  find The squad. Killer spirit on  the  shelf,  well,  I  have  it.

more school lunch ideas

a  little  more  practical  than  the bento  lunch,  and  not  as  cute.   However  there are  some  really  good  ideas here:

movie out this weekend

some  wild  riding in  this one:

I am not sure how often I would do this — but this is truly the cutest lunch:

wouldn’t this be a great lunch for the first day of school?
