The weather is nice and you want to get out and enjoy the sun ! The is an area rich with parks – big and small. I’ve spent a little time exploring the East Bay Parks website and found there is all kinds of stuff to do. You can of course just visit one and go for a hike, or a picnic, or even a swim. But there are often events at the parks. and do you know about the Trails challenge? and for those who want to volunteer, there are some opportunities for those over 16.
